The following Terms and Conditions of Use together with our Privacy Policy (collectively, Terms) form the agreement between You and Us in relation to Your use and access of this website and the supply of wine ordered by the website.
It is against the law for Wine World WA to sell or supply liquor to, or obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
In placing this order, and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant to Wine World WA that:

You are over the age of 18 and will producer evidence of age if requested at the time of pick up or delivery

Any person that you are obtaining items contained in this order for, or supply the order to, is over the age of 18 years, and

You will not take or supply any part of your order to any liquor-restricted area or community.

ORDERING:

The delivery address supplied by You must be in Australia. We are not permitted to ship products internationally.

No payment will be taken from Your card until the goods You have ordered are dispatched from Our warehouse.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders We cannot fulfill for any reason. If your order is cancelled we will contact You to inform of the cancellation and refund You any money You have paid for that order.

We only ship in cases containing 6 or 12 bottles. We cannot accept any orders for less than 6 bottles.
