Tasting notes: Ruby red tending to purple. On the nose, red fruits and vanilla.
On the palate, very light oak with aromas of black pepper. Medium acidity, medium tannins and body.
 
Pairing: lovely paired with pasta with meat or even vegetables sauces. Great with semi-soft cheese, white and red meat roast.
